Trade and delegation of knowledge

The history of the Golden Green Hotel Groep starts with purchasing the Beachhotel in Noordwijk. However that is just one of the activities of the holding owned by the Waardzicht Groep.

The Waardzicht Groep originated out of horticulture 'De Klaver' that enlarged itself, through trade activities in Holland and Africa, in the seventies and eighties of the last centrury to the Cor van Duijn Beheer B.V. organisation (which has been sold to the Shell Beheer Groep in 1989).

The Waardzicht Groep knew and knows, next to the Golden Green Hotels division, following divisions:

• Waardzicht Projecten en beheer: real estate advice and investments in the Netherlands.
• Waardzicht International: investerments and real estate advice in Africa.
